Carrie’s Flag

This innovative use of the traditional kaleidoscope block was conceived by Carrie Darling at my workshop “Coloring Inside the Lines: Designing Quilts on a Grid”, after which I was graciously given her permission to use it as the basis for a class called “Jazzy Stars and Stripes”.
